Breakfast at The Hilton


Freshly squeezed juice and a bowl of fruit, yoghurt and muesli

Salmon, capers and poached egg-with specially requested hollandaise sauce

Tomorrow morning will be my last breakfast at The Hilton South Wharf, Melbourne and I'm planning on indulging with a chocolate croissant that has been calling me all week.
