Mmmm Cheese!

What do you eat after hours of boat racing on a Saturday evening? Cheese of course! The calories don't count after 5 hours of hanging over the side of a sailing boat and pulling ropes on and off (officially known as sheets and halyards) as fast as you can. Just don't tell my trainer.

Manchego (my favourite cheese), Stilton (Mark's favourite cheese) and Brasserie Bread with roasted garlic.

Manchego is a mild Spanish cheese made from sheep's milk. If you haven't tried it you don't know what you are missing out on! Stilton is the only Blue Cheese I will encourage non blue eaters to try. I can not thank the powers that be enough for importing this a.MAZ.ing product.

Just looking at this photo makes me want cheese.
